Shipping Policy

Model Hobbies will process and dispatch all orders as soon as possible. We always ensure the chosen shipping method is of a high quality service. However, orders placed during a sale or peak trading period may experience delays in processing orders.

We advise customers to shop and choose carefully before processing their order. Should you wish to amend or cancel an order that have been processed, please contact us at admin@modelhobbies.com.au before we send a shipping confirmation e-mail.

All orders placed online will be shipped to you using our preferred service, Australia Post. Orders cannot be picked up from our warehouse.

Shipping Costs

-          For all online orders Australia – wide shipping is free for orders over $125

-          Standard shipping is $9.95 for orders under $125

All shipping charges are non-refundable.

All parcels require a signature upon receipt of delivery. If delivery of parcel is not received, the driver will leave a delivery card at the registered address. To collect the parcel, the delivery card must be presented with a form of photo ID, and parcels must be collected within 10 business days from the date it is received by the local post office. If an undelivered parcel is not collected within 10 business days, it will be returned to us and you will be notified via email. Re-delivery is charged at an additional $12.95 for standard shipping.
